Unblooming: Where It Begins

I’ve always believed that my golden days were back in kindergarten, long gone. At least, that’s what the world led me to believe. I’ve discovered that your glory days don’t need to be consistently good, they don’t need to be carefree. Maybe in ten years my idea of the best days will be different, but right now they consist of journals and notebooks, scribbled poetry and doodles, combat boots and ripped jeans. Swings and fairy tales are still a huge part of my life, but these days are different. They’re a little rough sometimes, but it’s okay- they’re the best ones that I’ve had so far. What are yours?
