Deep in the Throes

These are people. Real people.

Deep in the throes of their relentless daily struggles. Each of them, in their own ways, fighting, yearning, to make it through each day. Despite all of the adaptations and advances we've made as humans, we still fight the primitive fight of survival. We may not be hunting for food anymore, but we hunt for meaning. We may not seek shelter, but we crave for emotional shelter. We may not hide from predators, but we’re still hiding from something. Each face is a story of its own.
